About Buffalo's Pizzeria
I come from a family who made their living in the food industry. In 1987, I worked for Hilton Hotels in Southern California. After I worked at Hilton I worked for Hyatt Hotels and the Double Tree.
I worked at many different Italian and American restaurants. Working in these settings helped me learn Italian cooking styles and American cuisine recipes. Growing in my family I learned for my passion for Mexican cooking.
The way I was raised has inspired me to share my experiences with my customers. I only wish to provide a family setting with my fresh, delicious food and friendly atmosphere.
